The Centre for Counselling, Nutrition and Health Care (COUNSENUTH) is an indigenous, not-for-profit organization established in 1998 to improve the quality of life and overall well-being of people in Tanzania, with particular attention to children, women, adolescents, youth and other vulnerable groups. COUNSENUTH applies a multidimensional and community-centered approach covering health, nutrition, food security, gender equality, education, livelihoods, climate change adaptation, WASH, counselling and community development.
