1. The service

Atlas of Aid is a free information service that processes public data on non-governmental organisations. No registration is required.

2. Data and sources

The data come from public and open sources, listed on the Sources page, each with its own licence. We take care to report them accurately, but they may contain errors, omissions or delays, both in the sources and in our processing. The information does not constitute advice of any kind and expresses no judgement on the work of the organisations.

3. Re-use

Atlas of Aid's outputs (profiles, rankings, aggregated data and exports) may be re-used provided that «Atlas of Aid (atlasofaid.com)» is credited and the licences of the original sources are respected, for example the attribution of Open Cooperazione (CC BY 3.0 IT) and of the Charity Commission (Open Government Licence). The editorial texts and the visual design of the site remain the property of Proteggimi S.r.l.

4. Liability

Proteggimi S.r.l. accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of the published data, nor for the content of linked external websites. For corrections see Report an error.

5. Privacy

The processing of visitors' personal data is described in the privacy notice.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Italian version is the binding one.
