THE CENTRAL BRITISH FUND FOR WORLD JEWISH RELIEF

World Jewish Relief

British Jewish charity

World Jewish Relief is the UK Jewish community's international development and humanitarian agency. We tackle Jewish poverty and reach beyond our community. We create opportunities for those out of work to become self-reliant, we bring dignity to the elderly, assistance to refugees and we respond to international disasters.

Where the money comes from (2025)

Public funds 32% (£5M) · Other income 68%

Public funds: grants and contracts from government bodies as declared to the Charity Commission. Other income includes donations, legacies, trading and investments. Many organisations record funds from UN agencies and the European Union as income from charitable activities: in that case the public share is underestimated.
