Silsab is an independent humanitarian organization that works as a neutral mediator. The organization receives its funds through farming activities. What we do is care of orphanage house, handicap care centers, helping the sick especially those who cannot afford to pay their bills and encouraging youths into farming in other to alleviate poverty.
