Die gemeinnützige Organisation „Network of 100 Percent Life Rivne“ ist eine ukrainische nichtstaatliche, gemeinnützige Organisation, die 2008 gegründet wurde. Die Organisation ist hauptsächlich in den Regionen Rivne und Volyn tätig, wobei Projektaktivitäten bei Bedarf auch in anderen Regionen der Ukraine durchgeführt werden. Die Organisation arbeitet daran, den Zugang zu Gesundheits-, Sozial- und Schutzdiensten für gefährdete Bevölkerungsgruppen zu verbessern, darunter Menschen mit HIV, von Tuberkulose betroffene Menschen, Drogengebraucher, Binnenvertriebene, Überlebende geschlechtsspezifischer Gewalt und andere Gruppen in schutzbedürftigen Situationen. Ihre Tätigkeiten konzentrieren sich auf die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen, gemeinschaftsbasierten Schutz, Fallmanagement, psychosoziale Unterstützung, Advocacy sowie die Stärkung der Kapazitäten zivilgesellschaftlicher Organisationen. Seit ihrer Gründung hat die Organisation mit Unterstützung nationaler und internationaler Geldgeber etwa 100 Projekte umgesetzt. Zu den Geldgebern gehören unter anderem das All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV, die International Renaissance Foundation, die Eastern Europe Foundation, ISAR Ednannia, People in Need (Tschechische Republik), die USAID, die Botschaft der Vereinigten Staaten in der Ukraine, die Botschaft der Tschechischen Republik in der Ukraine, das UNDP, HELP – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe und die Europäische Union. Seit 2020 ist die Organisation Rahmenpartner der Europäischen Union für die Entwicklung der Zivilgesellschaft und hat mehrere EU-finanzierte Projekte umgesetzt. Die Organisation wendet dokumentierte Richtlinien und Verfahren an, die Finanzmanagement, Beschaffung, Personalwesen, Schutz (PSEA), Risikomanagement und Rechenschaftspflicht abdecken, und unterliegt regelmäßig Prüfungen durch Geldgeber und auf Projektebene.
